About 120 reigning masters had their own entrance procession, for the first time, at the annual meeting in the Grand Temple, Freemasons’ Hall, on September 26.
It is estimated that the total number attending the event was between 1200 and 1300 and more people enjoyed the excellent festive board than at any time since RW Bro Colin Harris became Provincial Grand Master four years ago.
The Provincial Grand Secretary, W Bro Keith Gilbert, said the idea of seating all the reigning masters in one group in the Grand Temple had been a great success, and would be followed again next year when he hoped that even more would be able to attend.
There will be pictures from the event in the next issue of the Provincial News
